Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CouponPush, the free coupon code directory. By using the site you agree to them.
1. What the service does
CouponPush collects coupon codes, promo codes and standing discount offers for online stores, and publishes them by store with any expiry date the retailer disclosed. It is an informational reference.
2. No guarantee that a code works
Coupon codes are controlled by the retailers. They change, expire without notice, and are often limited by minimum spend, product exclusions, membership tier, order quantity or a first-order-only condition. We publish the conditions we were given, but we cannot guarantee that any code will be accepted when you reach the checkout. Always confirm the discount on the store's own order summary before you pay.
3. How we collect codes
Some codes are published by the retailer itself. Others are collected from the coupon feeds and deal sites that track that retailer, and each listing links to its source. We remove codes once their stated expiry has passed, but a code with no published expiry date may stop working at any time.
4. Errors and corrections
We work to keep the listings accurate, but mistakes happen. If a listing is wrong, out of date or missing a condition, tell us and we will correct it. No listing is a claim that a code will be honoured by the retailer.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site freely for personal and commercial reference. You may not:
- attempt to disrupt the service or overload it with automated requests
- scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other users
- republish our collected listings as your own product
- misrepresent a listing as an official retailer offer
6. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and then buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never influence which codes we publish, how we order them, or what we say about them.
7. Intellectual property
The design, layout and written content on this site belong to CouponPush. Store names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the store a listing refers to.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the directory available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or retire stores as the underlying promotions change.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CouponPush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the outcome of using a code listed here, or for any loss arising from it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version. The date at the top reflects the current version.
